PEANUT BUTTER, BANANA, AND FLAX SMOOTHIE

Wah gwaan KINGS and QUEENS!

Today I prepared peanut butter, banana, and flax smoothie for breakfast. It was so filling and delicious, I enjoyed every bit of it. So quick little back story about me. As a child I hated peanut butter to the point where if someone was eating it my stomach got sick. However, as a adult it grew on me. I'm now enjoying peanut butter with so many recipes, thanks to adulthood lol.

The PB&B combo gives these smoothies kid-pleasing flavour. If the mixture seems too thick, add another tablespoon or two of milk until you get the desired consistency.

INGREDIENTS


1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk

1/2 cup vanilla fat-free yogurt

2 tablespoon ground flaxseed

1 tablespoons creamy peanut butter

1 teaspoon honey

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 banana, sliced


Place all the ingredients in a blender, process until smooth.

Serve immediately.
