Today I'll be making a delicious breakfast that I hope you will all try and enjoy. I never expected it to taste good because of one of the ingredient but boy was I wrong.

Sneak silken tofu into a sweet-tart breakfast smoothie. Combined with fiber rich berries, this is a great way to get extra protein and fiber past pickier palates.
