Wah gwaan KINGS and QUEENS today I make a refreshing healthy juice for you all. I hope you guys will love it whenever you try it. Funny thing is, I love to eat raw carrots chilled. Ginger always have to be a go to in almost everything. However lately I've been experimenting with turmeric and I'm loving it not to mention the amazing health benefits.

BENEFITS OF EACH INGREDIENT

TURMERIC

Cancer

In lab and animal studies, turmeric has stopped the growth of tumor cells, helped detoxifying enzymes work better, and more. What these studies can't tell us, though, is what will happen in the human body when a person eats turmeric. Plus, there's a chance that turmeric might interfere with some chemotherapy drugs.

Headaches

Since its relative ginger is a well-known natural headache remedy, it's no surprise that turmeric gets recommended as a headache treatment, too -- especially for migraines. Although people sing its praises online, there's little scientific evidence showing that turmeric can treat or prevent headaches, although one study suggests it could be part of a new approach.

High cholesterol

Research on turmeric's ability to protect your ticker has been mixed. Some studies have found that turmeric can lower LDL "bad" cholesterol, while others concluded that the spice has no effect. Scientists continue to look into the heart-protective possibilities of turmeric. One small study found that turmeric can help ward off heart attacks in people who have had bypass surgery.

CARROTS

Improves Vision

Carrots are for the most part are good to consume to improve your vision. Beta-carotene and Vitamin A, which is fundamental for our vision, are found in carrots. Eye well-being is one of the huge medical advantages of devouring carrots known to everybody. Carrots can’t fix existing eye-related issues, however, they can forestall those caused because of nutrient A lack.

DENTAL HEALTH

Carrots are imperative to deal with teeth-related issues. It assists with keeping teeth solid and white. The crunchy idea of carrots scratches off the plaque and nourishment particles adhered to the teeth. It invigorates the gums and causes salivation, which being soluble assists with offsetting corrosive alongside cavity framing microbes. Carrots contain minerals that additionally forestall tooth harm.

ORANGES

Oranges are water-rich

One medium orange provides four ounces (or a half cup) of water. Roughly 60-70% of the human body is made of water, and it’s required for every bodily process. According to the Institute of Medicine, women 19 and over need 2.7 liters of total fluid per day (about 11 8-oz cups) and men need 3.7 (about 15 8-oz cups). But that’s total fluid, not just beverages. Foods can provide 20% of your daily fluid needs, and water-rich foods like oranges contribute even more to the daily requirement. Consuming enough daily fluid helps support mental and physical energy, improve circulation, optimize organ function, flush out waste, and maximize metabolism.

Oranges have high vitamin C

One orange packs about 80% of the daily goal for vitamin C. In addition to supporting immune function, this key nutrient helps produce collagen, reduce inflammation, and boost the body's ability to use fat as a fuel source, both during exercise and at rest. Too little blood vitamin C has also been tied to increased body fat and waist measurements.

Vitamin C also helps boost the absorption of iron, which can enhance oxygen availability and reduce fatigue. This is especially important for premenopausal women who lose iron through menstruation, and those who follow a plant-based diet, since iron is less readily absorbed from plant sources. Vitamin C also acts as an aging-fighting antioxidant, and it's needed for DNA repair and serotonin production. The latter helps to promote happiness and sleep.
