TIP: Depending on the power of your blender, you may need to add a bit more coconut water to the smoothie mixture to aid the blending process. If your banana isn't frozen, that's okay: you just may need to add a few ice cubes to help thicken your smoothie.

SMOOTHIE:

1/2 cup frozen cubed mango

1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks

1/2 frozen banana

1/3 cup coconut water

TOPPINGS:

1/4 cup chopped fresh pineapple

2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds

1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes toasted

INSTRUCTIONS: Place the smoothie ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Pour the mixture into a bowl, and sprinkle on the toppings.

TIP:

Not to be confused with coconut milk or coconut oil, coconut water is the clear liquid found in the fruit's center. It has a sweet, nutty flavor.
